Greek Yogurt with Honey, Almonds, and Fresh Fruit Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)
  • 1 small apple, diced
  • 1 small banana, sliced
  • Optional: mint leaves for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:
    • Wash and dry the fresh berries.
    • Dice the apple into small pieces.
    • Slice the banana.
  2. Assemble the Yogurt Bowls:
    • Divide the Greek yogurt evenly into two bowls.
    • Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each bowl of yogurt.
    • Sprinkle the sliced almonds evenly over the top.
  3. Add the Fresh Fruit:
    • Arrange the fresh berries, diced apple, and sliced banana on top of the yogurt in each bowl.
  4. Garnish and Serve:
    • If desired, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of color and flavor.
    • Serve immediately and enjoy!
