Greek Yogurt with Honey, Almonds, and Fresh Fruit Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, or a mix)
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1 small banana, sliced
- Optional: mint leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and dry the fresh berries.
- Dice the apple into small pieces.
- Slice the banana.
- Assemble the Yogurt Bowls:
- Divide the Greek yogurt evenly into two bowls.
- Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each bowl of yogurt.
- Sprinkle the sliced almonds evenly over the top.
- Add the Fresh Fruit:
- Arrange the fresh berries, diced apple, and sliced banana on top of the yogurt in each bowl.
- Garnish and Serve:
- If desired, garnish with a few fresh mint leaves for an extra touch of color and flavor.
